At Wildflowers Restaurant, we are committed to ensuring that all of our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience. We understand the importance of accessibility and strive to accommodate the needs of all visitors.

Our first floor wine bar and private dining room offer a unique and intimate setting for guests. However, we recognise that access to these areas may be limited for individuals with certain mobility challenges, as these spaces are located on the first floor and, in accordance with the Fire Strategy, do not have lift access.

To ensure that all guests can enjoy the same high-quality experience, we provide equivalent offerings in our fully accessible downstairs restaurant and the terrace dining within the Yards atrium, making them appropriate for mobility impaired guests.

These spaces have been considered and designed with accessibility in mind featuring level access, wide doorways, contrasting colourways, and two accessible restrooms – one dedicated WC within the restaurant itself, and a further WC available in the ground floor common area.

In our downstairs restaurant and terrace, guests can enjoy the same fine selection of wines, carefully curated menus, and exceptional service that are offered in our first floor spaces.

Whether you are looking to enjoy a meal, host a private event, or simply relax with a drink, our accessible areas provide a welcoming environment for all.

We are committed to ensuring that all guests feel comfortable and accommodated during their visit. We recognise that the height of our deli counter may present a challenge for some wheelchair users. To address this, we are pleased to offer table service for any guests who may find it difficult to access the counter.

If you are seated at a table and would prefer to place your order from there, simply let one of our staff members know. We will be happy to take your order at your table and provide the same attentive service you would receive at the counter.
